On their sophomore Vulvectomy are as stupid as they ever where. Their track titles are still silly, their album art is still tiresome sexualized gore that is supposed to be offensive, yet gets nothing more than an eye-roll. And the name of the album, I mean come on, a completely inane attempt at being offensive and brutal. And lets be honest - their music doesn't exactly sound intelligent. The difference is on their previous releases they were stupid and irritating. Here their stupidity translates into fun. Slamming Stuff... URGGGHHHH IRGGHHHHH ERRRGHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!!! sepertinya mo muntah saja jikalau hari ini harus terus menulis Stuff tentang genre yang satu ini hehehehe .... Album Gress ke-3 Slamming Brutal Death Metal asal Rome, Lazio, Italy masih melanjutkan pembantaian kejam sejak 2 albumnya dikenal oleh slamming Freak, " Putrescent Clitoral Fermentation " (2007) dan " Post-Abortion Slut Fuck " (2010) seperti menjadi Anthemic saja Genre Berdarah ini terus mem-Booming di Kancah extreme music Internasional. While the drums often play at lightning fast speeds, they are programmed. While the guitar work is not very intricate, the guitar player has a good sense of rhythm and his style of playing is fun. There are plenty of slams, a decent amount of memorable riffs and a fair amount of grindcore sections. The slam sections are well executed and always fun (and this is coming from a guy who isn't exactly slam death's biggest fan). The grindcore sections, while not badly done, can occasionally grow a bit tiresome. They aren't played excessively often and are not long in duration, so this doesn't grow to be an overwhelming problem. The songwriting is very straightforward and to the point. While not complicated, it is pretty consistent in its catchiness. The vocals are another big change for this record. Pengaruh Kuat Dasyatnya Album fenomenal " Molesting ... Pretty much what you expect from every other slam band out there today: Guttural vocals, crunchy guitars, blast beats, audio samples and lots of slams. For those who are unaware, a "slam" is essentially brutal death metal's version of a breakdown, except that a slam offers a lot more groove, and a lot less shame to the listener. Bands like Vulvectomy are defined by how good their slams are. Gitaris Mario Di Giambattista menjadi motor tetap setiap penulisan karakter Vulvectomy sejak terbentuk tahun 2007, dengan karir segudangnya digenre ini, Mario sudah malang melintang dibeberapa band sejenis, Coprophiliac, Devangelic, Stench of Dismemberment, ex-Demonian, ex-Disfigured, ex-Endaemona, ex-Putrid Dismemberment, dan ex-Perfidy Biblical, sepertinya tidak mengenal kata cukup bagi mario untuk terus eksis menebar Jiwa Psycho Musikalnya di Vulvectomy juga bersama Vocalis Diego Fanelli sebagai Partner Kuat Trio Penjagal ini. Balutan Drum Programming dengan nuansa Human Machine menjadi kelebihan tersendiri band ini terdengar tidak monoton atau bikin boring, tapi lama2 juga gw kurang respect en tertantang untuk mendengarkan aroma slamming ini, karena kebanyakan masih belum bisa menciptakan sesuatu " Baru " yang menendang mungkin, sehingga timbul stereotype dibenak gw terhadap genre Slamming ini. Not that this is one of the things slam fans generally care too much about while listening, but the grind-ish death metal riffs in between slams are only up to par on this album. While some credit can be given, especially to the drummer, for musical talent during these passages, all of the riffs just kind of meld together, and can really throw you off as to what track your on. All I'm saying is that this aspect of the album doesn't compliment it as well as it could have. It passes by only a very slim margin and, while certainly not terrible, is not nearly up to par with bands like Cephalotripsy, Artery Eruption or Devourment.
