These Are They adalah side Project dari anak2 band Novembers Doom dan Earthen yang seperti mulai boring dengan band utamanya, sehingga memang iseng aja membentuk band ini sejak tahun 2008 sebagai alternatif pelarian rasa boring mereka, masih bermarkas di Chicago, Illinois, Vokalis Paul Kuhr Em Sinfonia, Laceration, Subterranean Masquerade, Novembers Doom, Earthen), Gitaris Stephen Nicholson ( Laceration, Ex.Novembers Doom), Bassis Wiley Wells ( While Heaven Wept, Fearsore, Earthen, Withersoul ) dan Drummer Sasha Horn ( Palace Terrace, Novembers Doom, Trials ) walau sayang Drummer Sasha Horn pasca Rekaman album ini mengundurkan diri, dan personil baru, gitaris Justin Jurgevich dari band Hurtlocker pun bergabung. karakter musik yang mereka mainkan juga ga jauh dari genre Death metal, kali ini mereka pengen lebih memainkan Typical Klasik ala Iron Maiden hingga Unleashed dengan sentuhan yang lebih Modern lagi, alhasil mungkin inilah sosok Novembers Doom yang lebih Cadas lagi!! .... dan ga ketinggalan sentuhan2 Old school Death Metal laennya ala Bolt Thrower, Obituary, Entombed, dan Grave juga amat terasa dalam struktur lagunya yang terdengar standard beat en kadang kala melancarkan permainan Hyperblastbeat yang ampuh.
